As long as the order has not shipped, you can change or cancel your order by contacting us. We’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request. If your order has been shipped, you can refuse the order upon delivery or simply return the order to us within 30 days after delivery.

We want you to be totally satisfied with your Lovevery product. You have 30 days after delivery to notify us that you would like to return a product. Within 30 days after our receipt of this notice, the product must be returned to us unaltered. Return shipping is free of charge for customers located in the European Union, the United Kingdom and Switzerland.

Ground shipping for all orders over €60/£60 to Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, and the United Kingdom is free. For orders under €60/£60, shipping costs of €5,95 apply in the EU and £3,95 in the United Kingdom. For all other EU markets, shipping for all items is calculated as a fee based on the purchase price. All materials in our products are tested to, and comply with, global toy safety standards. Our third-party lab tests include testing for each coating and material in our products for dangerous chemicals, heavy metals, and phthalates. All of our products are compliant with European Union testing regulations, and all carry the CE Marking.

Our products are designed and expertly curated in Boise, Idaho and manufactured in Ningbo, China. The facility where we manufacture, assemble, and quality-check our products is one of the largest producers of sustainably-harvested wood toys and organic cotton dolls in the world. We are proud to partner with a company that shares our core values: Commitment to ecologically-sustainable and ethical production, and safe working conditions. Our products go through final inspection at our European warehouse before being shipped to our customers.

The Play Gym is designed for babies from 0-12 months of age, but we see many older babies and toddlers enjoying it, too! Babies 12-18 months of age especially enjoy the Play Gym with the Play Space Cover added. Created with the future in mind, The Block Set, is designed for children ages 18 to 48+ months. The legs disconnect from the connector in seconds and can be laid inside the mat and rolled up for storage. For long-term storage, we recommend saving the box.

Activity Mat, Organic Cotton Teether, and Montessori Ball: Remove any cards from the Learn to Focus Zone, close the 3 corner attachment straps to form a circle (this prevents snagging).

Teething Ring: Untie the Crinkle Teether fabric from the ring. Machine wash the fabric items using color water on a gentle cycle. We recommend air drying all fabric items.

Wooden and plastic components: Wipe with a damp cloth and non-abrasive cleaner as needed. Check regularly to ensure all attachment straps and plastic connection points are secure.

We advise to clean the blocks by wiping them with a damp cloth and non-abrasive cleaner as needed.

The dimensions of the Play Gym are 78x28x10 (cm). Depending on the babies age and size, the babies should be able to enjoy the Play Gym together for the first few months.

If you have received the Free Spirit on or after July 17th 2022, your Play Kit Subscription will automatically continue and you will receive an email about your next Play Kit shortly. If you received the last Play Kit (The Free Spirit) in your subscription before July 17th 2022, you will need to reactivate your subscription by logging into your account, or simply reach out to our Customer Experience Team.

We make sure to provide you with the most updated items and Play Kits. All adjustments and updates we make to our Play Kits products are based on customer feedback and we believe the latest version is always the one your little one will benefit even more from.

While the playthings are designed for a specific micro-developmental period, your little one will likely enjoy them long after that period has passed. We see many children that enjoy playing with the items from previous kits for months or even years after.

Each Play Guide comes with a recommended timeline that orders the Playthings by complexity. However, each baby is different, and we encourage parents to introduce the Playthings one at a time on multiple occasions.Your baby’s favourite toy can change from one day to the next!

The Play Kits for babies and The Play Gym complement each other with very little overlap. Both are stage-based to nurture your baby’s overall growth, but with distinct focuses: The Play Gym offers a full year of play to support foundational brain development, while The Play Kits target specific developmental windows every 2 months.

The Play Kitchen, including the working sink, is designed for children 18m+ and all the ways they’ll love to play.

The water flow isn’t too strong and the sink basin is wide and splash-free. The water tank holds about 5L of water, but you can control how much water you add—a full tank should last for about 10 minutes of continuous flowing water. It drains into a 6L water basin underneath with an indicator that lets you know when it’s full.

Best of all, because you fill the tank with fresh water, it’s safe for independent handwashing, cup-filling, and drinking.

Both. Pretend play comes naturally to children, so you don't need a ton of props for it. But you can enhance pretend play by giving a child functional activities, like opening a drawer or cabinet to put something inside, or turning on a faucet that really works. In our testing, we found that deeper, longer pretend play happened with The Real Life Play Kitchen.

This kitchen is a great value because it's open-ended by design. Your child can pretend to cook and clean, or they can actually prep food and wash up with a real working sink. And because of that open-ended design, it ages up really well.

If you have the Super Sustainable Sink, it fits right into the Real Life Play Kitchen’s basin so you can start with pretend play and work up to practical play.

Unlike the Super Sustainable Sink, The Real Life Play Kitchen is an entire playspace built to keep your child engaged. Pretend play will still happen naturally, but so will the focused fun of building real-life skills, like chopping soft foods with the wooden chopper and cutting board, spreading dips on crackers with the utensil set, washing hands with soap and water, drying dishes on the drying rack and putting them away in the cabinet, and filling a pet’s dish with fresh water.

We also include a list of the top 10 ways The Play Kits extend play in The Play Kitchen, like preparing a yoghurt parfait with the Visual Recipe Cards and Stackable Fraction Cups from The Analyst Play Kit, then wiping the counter with the Squeaky Clean Squeegee Set from The Enthusiast Play Kit.

Easy: the clean water tank, dirty water basin, cutting board, colander, and stainless steel utensils are all dishwasher safe. All the wood pieces are designed to be water resistant.

Mold is not an issue with The Real Life Play Kitchen, and we know this from all of the testing we conducted. We used mold-resistant materials, avoided crevices where mold could grow, and most importantly: we don't use any tubing or materials that are prone to mold.

A right-sized kitchen with a real, working sink offers a sensory laboratory where your child can practise a whole range of both fine and gross motor skills. Better yet, because The Real Life Play Kitchen’s tank is filled with fresh water, your child can build practical skills, from washing their hands to rinsing fruits and veggies. Your child is capable of more than you might think, and their confidence is built by practising simple tasks on their own.

Yes, there are a couple of differences between the sinks. The Super Sustainable Sink uses a battery-powered pump to draw water from the sink basin into and out of the faucet, while the Real Life Play Kitchen sink is gravity-powered, so there is no need for batteries.

Additionally, the Super Sustainable Sink recycles the water in the sink basin repeatedly, while The Real Life Play Kitchen is filled with fresh water that’s then collected in a used water bin.

We’re happy to replace products that break, and we’ve improved the design of our Super Sustainable Sink. We don’t anticipate any issues with the Real Life Play Kitchen’s sink, which has a completely new design and doesn’t use a pump at all, so it’s even less likely to have any issues.

No, The Real Life Play Kitchen has been designed for indoor use. Do not place your Real Life Play Kitchen somewhere that exposes it to direct sunlight or a heat source.

The wooden chopper is designed to cut soft foods but not fingers. We have tested it with many 18-month-olds and it passes safety regulations for an 18-months+ age grade.

Yes. The pull-out utensil drawer fits most standard utensils, and can accommodate utensils up to 24.38 cm long. And of course it fits the stainless steel utensils that are included with The Real Life Play Kitchen.

Yes. The patterns are easily attached and removed, and you can simply leave your patterned backsplash off for a plain wood backsplash.

Shipping costs for the Playshelf are (i) €25 if shipped to Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal or Spain, (ii) €60 if shipped to any other EU country or from Switzerland, (iii) £25 if shipped to the United Kingdom.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Playshelf, you have the right to withdraw the purchase during a 14-day reflection period. You must return the product within 14 days from the date on which you inform us that you are exercising your right of withdrawal. Return shipping will be discounted from your refund in the amount of (i) €25 if shipped from Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal and Spain, (ii) €60 if shipped from any other EU country, (iii) £25 if shipped from the United Kingdom. If reasonably possible, we ask that the Playshelf be unassembled, in its original condition and packaging. If you need to return the Playshelf, please contact our Customer Experience Team. The wooden trays and storage bins are currently not available for individual sale.

The Playshelf fits up to 6 Lovevery Play Kits and is perfect for any other play items you want to store and/or use for toy rotation.

We currently do not offer e-gift cards for purchase. All e-gift cards that were purchased in the past will remain valid and can be used in our Lovevery EU and UK website. Absolutely! Please reach out to our Customer Experience Team here and provide us with the e-gift card code. We will make sure you can use your e-gift card in the preferred shop and purchase your Lovevery products.

We do not send an invoice with the package. You will receive a payment confirmation to the email address that you placed the order with. Please also make sure to add your own address details as the billing address.

You can use the gift card to benefit from the prepay option, or you can simply use your gift card for your ongoing Play Kit subscription. Any remaining balance on the gift card can be used for the next Play Kit payment.

The Play Kit subscription program delivers stage-based play products directly to your door every 2 to 3 months, depending on the child’s stage of development. We’ve done the research to develop products that are right for your child’s development stage by stage, accompanied by an in-depth Play Guide that helps you learn right alongside your baby. The products and information in each Play Kit were informed by published research in the field of child development and reviewed by child development specialists from multiple disciplines. And best of all, you get to keep every one of the Playthings!

The recommended Play Kit is based on your child’s birth date and when he or she will grow into the next micro-stage of development.

You may find it most relevant to use baby's due date/adjusted birth date, rather than birth date, to adjust the recommendation appropriately. We recommend basing their Play Kits subscription on their 40 week due date or adjusted birth date. Once you have subscribed, if you find your little one is ready to tackle the next Play Kit early or needs a little more time with a Play Kit, you will be able to make adjustments to your shipping schedule within your Lovevery account. For more specific guidance, please contact us.

Baby Play Kits are designed for baby’s first 12 months of life: (0 to 12 Weeks), and Months 3-4, 5-6, 7-8, 9-10 and 11-12. There are 6 total Baby Play Kits. Toddler Play Kits are designed for toddlers 13-48 months old and are shipped every quarter (every 3 months). There are 12 Toddler Play Kits in total.

If you have an active Play Kit subscription and you want to purchase a previous Play Kit, please reach out to our Customer Experience team here and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request.

We do not sell any Play Kit items on its own. We have crafted each kit to be developmentally appropriate for each age group and as a whole, each kit has even more value than the Playthings do independently.

The Play Kits are yours to keep! All of our products are made to last so that future generations can still enjoy our timeless products.

The Play Kit recommendation is based on your child's birth date and when he or she will grow into the next development stage. Each Play Kit is therefore tailored to the age and development stage of your child. If you would like both of your children to have the Play Kit subscription, we suggest you sign up for two subscriptions, each for the specific ages of your children. You could then cancel one of the subscriptions as soon as your younger child reaches the age of your older child, at the start date of the subscription.

US subscriptions can not be transferred to our EU store, please contact us here and our Customer Experience team will help you to set up your EU subscription.

You have the option to skip a Play Kit and update your delivery schedule at any time. If you have a Pay-as-you-Go subscription, simply log in to your Lovevery customer account and go to ‘manage my subscription’. You can find the next Play Kit in your subscription plan and the option to ‘Skip Play Kit’. When skipping a Play Kit, you will receive the first upcoming Play Kit after the skipped kit. If you have a pre-paid bundle subscription, please contact our Customer Experience team here and we will help you to skip the Play Kit and update your schedule.

No problem, you can access and manage your Play Kits delivery schedule at any time in your Lovevery account.

Please note that if you have an existing subscription, you will need to change the address associated to the subscription, not just your customer account address. If you need assistance, please contact us.

Your Play Kit will ship on a delivery schedule based on the birthdate entered at the time you subscribe. You can always adjust your delivery schedule by going to your customer account.

It can happen that the first 2 Play Kits ship closely together when a baby has almost aged into the next Play Kit at the time the subscription is started. This is a result of stage-based recommendations. We want your Play Kits experience to be fun, not stressful, so please contact us if you need any assistance with your delivery schedule.

That depends on your gift, you may receive one or multiple Play Kits as a gift. You will receive an email from Lovevery that includes a delivery schedule for the gift.

Great question. Science tells us that after a child’s first year, his or her developmental path broadens considerably. We’ve packed more Playthings into each Toddler Play Kit to keep your little one busy and engaged for 3 full months, versus the 2-month periods of each Baby Play Kit. Breaking down the cost, the essential monthly price remains the same.

Pay-as-you-go subscriptions will charge your card when each Play Kit ships. Paid upfront subscriptions will only be charged one time, when the first Play Kit ships. After the paid upfront period, you will be charged when each Play Kit ships.

Subscriptions last until we no longer offer products for your child’s age, or until you cancel. Paid upfront subscriptions are auto-renewed on a pay-as-you-go plan unless you cancel or elect to pay upfront again.

We work hard to provide the best experience possible and the best products for every age; however, you may cancel your subscription at any given time through the Account page on the Website. You can update your preferences in your Account on the website. You have 30 days after delivery to notify us that you would like to return one or multiple Play Kits. Within 30 days after our receipt of this notice, the product(s) must be returned to us unaltered and in its original packaging. Yes, your Play Kit subscription will automatically renew until you either cancel your subscription or until Lovevery no longer offers products for your child’s age. If you want to cancel your subscription, you can do so at any given time by updating your Account settings or by contacting us here. If you forgot to cancel your subscription and you have received the new Play Kit, you have 30 days after delivery to notify us that you would like to return the Play Kit. Within 30 days after our receipt of this notice, the Play Kit must be returned to us unaltered and in its original packaging.

If you paid upfront for your bundle subscription and decide that it’s not the right fit, you will be refunded the purchase price of the Play Kits that you have not yet received and will forfeit any prepaid discount.

We’d love to have you back! You can simply log in to your Lovevery customer account and reactivate your subscription. You can also send us a message and we’ll have you up and running in no time.

Our Book Bundles are available for our Play Kits Subscribers. New Play Kits subscribers can add the Book Bundle as you set up your Play Kits Subscription. Current Play Kits subscribers can add the Book Bundles to their Play Kits Subscription in the customer portal once they’ve logged into their Lovevery account. Once you’ve added the Book Bundle to your Subscription, you will receive additional stories with each of your Play Kit shipments automatically.

As an active Play Kits subscriber, you have the opportunity to purchase Book Bundles from your previously purchased Play Kits. To do so, please contact our Customer Experience Team here to place your order.

If you have never logged into Lovevery before, you may not have an account. To create or activate your account, click on “Sign In” in the top right corner of Lovevery.eu. Then scroll down to the section “New to Lovevery?” and click “Create Account” and follow the instructions. If you have an existing Play Kits Subscription, use the email associated with your subscription purchase. Once account creation is complete, you can now manage your Play Kits Subscription, see upcoming orders, as well as access additional playthings and Book Bundles within “Shop All”, when logged in.

At this time, our Book Bundles are available only to Play Kits subscribers because our subscribers were asking for more books. The Book Bundles complement the play essentials and existing books in the Play Kits and ship more sustainably by being included in The Play Kits box you’d already receive.

We created these books based on what our community said was most important to them. The stories were also informed by child development, equity & inclusion, and Montessori research.

We get to your child’s level to understand what they’re curious about, what skills they’re ready to build, and what transitions they may need help exploring. What real pictures do they want to see? What does success mean? What physical book features will keep them engaged and learning during storytime? Just like all of our play products, we iterate, edit, and test our stories with families like yours to make sure they’re the stories your child will want to read and revisit again and again.

We ask for parent feedback and story ideas to make sure we’re creating meaningful stories that your child can relate to and get excited about. We co-created some of our Book Bundle books with families after they reached out to our Cofounder and CEO, Jessica Rolph, about their child’s unique story. In many cases, we were able to explore many stories through the lens of relatable transitions —making a new friend, getting a first haircut, or getting ready for school in the morning. We’re honored to celebrate our customers’ stories with these books.

We work closely with the families in our books, and with equity & inclusion experts, to make sure we’re respectfully representing a range of lived experiences. Our goal is to create books that accurately reflect what each child is experiencing. When children read first-person stories with realistic photos, feelings, experiences, results, and characters, they gain self-esteem from seeing people like themselves reflected, and become more respectful playmates when making new friends.

Montessori philosophy encourages the use of real photos to connect your child with their experiences. While whimsical cartoons can be fun and eye-catching, your child is able to connect the concepts they’re learning during storytime to their own life when they can see real children reflected on the pages. We use real photos, and inspiration from real families in our Book Bundles—and all of our books—to bring you and your family a learning experience that’s representative, inclusive, meaningful, and…so much fun.

Some of these book titles were well-loved by families and were offered in earlier versions of our Play Kits. We created the Book Bundles to allow families the option to get more books beyond the one that is included with each Play Kit.

Every Play Kit includes at least one book that’s also tailored to your child’s exact stage of learning. Our Book Bundles allow us to offer support for more transitions and skills your child is exploring during each developmental window.

Each Book Bundle costs €20/£19 with no additional shipping cost if it is purchased together with your Play Kits Subscription. A shipping fee of €3,95/£3,95 applies if the Book Bundle is purchased separately from The Play Kits Subscription. Each Bundle includes at least two titles, in addition to the books that are already included in The Play Kits. Yes, your Book Bundle will ship with your Play Kits, in the same box to reduce packaging waste. Your Book Bundle will share tracking information with your Play Kit.

Many of our Book Bundle stories are board books made with recycled paper and soy-based ink. Soy-based ink makes paper more recyclable (because de-inking is easier), utilizes a renewable resource (soybean byproduct), and creates significantly less air pollution and hazardous waste compared to petroleum ink.

Some of our Book Bundles for babies feature materials with textures different from paper, such as silicone and fabric, for an engaging and interactive storytime experience.

Please review our return policy in our FAQs and our Terms of Use for more information. The complete Book Bundle must be returned unaltered. If you purchased a Prepay & Save Subscription with the Book Bundle and decide it’s not the right fit, you will be refunded the purchase price of The Play Kits and Book Bundles that you have not yet received and will forfeit any prepaid discount.

Yes. You can update your subscription language by logging in to your Lovevery account. Your subscription language selection affects all written material included in your Play Kits. That means, if you change your language to English in order to add the Book Bundles in English to your subscription, you will receive the following in English, as well: Play Guides, Play Kit books and Book Bundles, any language that may appear on playthings.
